How we went from eating it to vending it

Our Story

When you’re halfway through a 24 duty day at the top of a naval watchtower—what’s the light at the end of the tunnel? Simple, it’s vending machine ramen. At least, that’s what my fellow sailors and I learned over our time in Japan.

Now that we’re back in the states, we can’t find anything as convenient, high-quality, and affordable as the vending machines we rushed toward at the end of each shift. So, we brought them here.

Why We Started

As a veteran who served over 6 years on ships, I witnessed firsthand the staggering amount of money wasted on food delivery services by flocks of hungry sailors. 

We started Numen Ramen as an effort to bridge the gap between true affordability and quality. And, to bring my fellow sailors and I’s guilty pleasure home. We want to save your customers time and money by offering a treasure trove of food, drinks and snacks right where they are.
